Meet gorgeous two year old Teddy. He weighs 57#. When his family had to move from the Midwest he had a problem adjusting. Since they have a 4 year old toddler they decided to be pro-active and surrender him. So a home with older kids (12 and up) should be ok . He is unknown with cats, but it is assumed they might not fit into his environment. It is also taken for granted that he will need the typical husky safe fence: top and bottom. He has been tested with a couple of dogs his size – and plays very well with both male and female. Teddy would like to go to a home with another dog to play with.
Here is the evaluation from the shelter: Teddy ran in, sat on my lap and kissed me. I could touch him all over. He still needs to learn some manners and get some better leash training. He was happy to play with an unfixed female, listened to her.
Our transporters all fell in love with him. All he wanted to do is cuddle and give kisses.
As we find out more about him from his foster mom, we will add that information,
